From first link to door delivery — six short steps.

    Find a product on Taobao

    Open taobao.com (or m.taobao.com on phone), search any keyword in Chinese or English. Tap any item, copy the URL from the share menu — that's all we need.

    Paste the link into Supgap

    On the Supgap homepage, paste the link into the big search bar. We auto-detect Taobao, Tmall, 1688 and Weidian and pull every variant + the seller's rating.

    Pick variant + add to cart

    Choose colour, size or pack quantity. Add to cart. You can keep adding from any other store — we'll combine everything into one international parcel.

  4. 4

    Place the order, pay in your currency

    Checkout asks for your shipping address and the QC level. Pay with PayPal, card or wallet credit. We pay the seller in CNY for you.

  5. 5

    Track items into our warehouse

    Each item ships from the seller to our Yiwu warehouse in 3–7 days. You see them appear under Warehouse with weight, dimensions and QC photos.

  6. 6

    Combine + ship to your door

    When ready, select items in Warehouse, choose any repack options, and pick from 5 carriers. Live tracking from our door to yours.
