Account: email, name. Orders: shipping address, phone number, items ordered. Browsing: cookies for language and currency preferences. Payments: handled by third-party processors — we never see your card number.
2. Why we collect it
To buy items on your behalf, communicate with the Chinese seller, ship parcels internationally, send order updates and improve the service.
3. Sharing
We share your shipping address with carriers (DHL, FedEx, EMS, etc.) and the relevant Chinese seller (so they can ship to our warehouse). We never sell personal data.
4. Storage
Order data is kept for 7 years for tax and customs records. Browsing cookies live up to 1 year. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
5. Your rights
