1. About this service
Supgap is a personal-shopper service that helps overseas customers purchase, consolidate and ship products from Chinese online marketplaces (Taobao, Tmall, 1688, Weidian and others). We act as your buying agent.
2. Pricing & fees
Item price is what the Chinese seller charges. We add a service fee shown before payment. International shipping is quoted after items arrive at our warehouse.
3. Inspections & QC
We open every parcel and take basic photos before shipping. Extended QC may be requested at checkout. We are not the manufacturer or original seller and cannot guarantee item quality beyond visual inspection.
4. Restricted items
Hazardous goods, batteries above carrier limits, narcotics, weapons, currency and items prohibited at the destination cannot be shipped. We will refund or return-to-seller at your cost if you order such items.
5. Liability
Maximum liability is limited to the declared value of the parcel and any insurance you elected. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or force majeure.
6. Account
You agree to provide accurate shipping information and a valid email. You are responsible for activity on your account.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
